Primary Responsibility
- Job Scope (overall purpose of the job) :
Involved in (and or supporting) planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales enablement, sales program implementation for pipe generation, sales compensation design and administration.
2) Job Responsibility :
A. Operational Effectiveness:
Assists country president to identify, track and analyze key KPIs like forecast accuracy (pipeline coverage, bookings, revenue, GM2); Planning, and Budgeting processesProvides support to the sales organizationCounseling sales leaders on sales discipline for the team: pipeline coverage to meet target, progress on opportunities, clarity on next steps etc.SFDC super-user in the country to help teams understand the benefits and value; simplify & automate workload & identify opportunities for sales process improvement B. Drive Growth:
- Reporting & Analysis to identify opportunities and gaps for business development, for the selected priorities; proposing & help implement pipe generation initiatives- Sales Analysis including trends over last few quarters/years - average deal size, # of deals, top deals, lost deals, slipped deals, deals with no movement, win rate, conversion rate, sales cycle (time), new customers etc. C) Sales Model, Coverage & Compensation:
- Makes recommendations for changing sales roles, coverage models, territory planning or team configurations in order to maximize sales productivityQuota setting, tracking performance and validation of achievements- Help establish performance management programs required to ensure the success of sales organization- Suggest initiatives to attract & retain top sales reps and to establish a sales training plan focused on developing and reinforcing critical sales competencies- Responsible to oversee sales compensation plan administration. Provide feedback and input on sales compensation program rules, policies, and procedures.

- Leadership, a self starter & teamwork person, able to work accurately & under pressure- Education Background: S1-degree from Economics, Finance/Accounting or any relevant educational background- Working Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience- Skills: salesforce.com (SFDC), SAP knowledge (SDMM, PS,CATS), Ms-Excell expert
