Primary Responsibility
• To make sure that all process of Front Liners activities are carried out according to approved SOP• Maintain regular inspections or customer visits to see that the areas are always in top notch condition• To get the Voice of Customers, prepare action plan and execute it to rectify the situtation• Responsible to make a continues improvement program• To adopt new projects until the operation run smooth according to plan

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent• Required language(s) Bahasa Indonesia, English• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Required Skill(s) housekeeping, operation management, customer relations• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Facility Services (Housekeeping, Office Support, Security, etc). Hospitality experience will also be considered• Service Attitude with a hands on experience• To be assigned in our Branch in Medan, Lampung, Jakarta, Bandung and Makassar.
