Primary Responsibility
- The principal responsibility of Retail Sales Manager is to ensure that the performance of
all existing L’OCCITANE outlets in Indonesia meets or exceeds agreed standards and
budgets.
- Analyze and report on effectiveness of marketing activities in retail operations.
- Manage and developing excellent customer service standard.
Qualification
Qualification
1. Minimum S1 graduate (any major) with min. 3 years experience in sales area
2. Female or Male, max.38 years old
3. Excellent communication both speaking & writing
4. Strong commitment to Customer Service
5. Good in business sense and the ability to understand and analyze sales figures
6. Strong ability to lead and motivate team
