Primary Responsibility
- Day-to-day office management (i.e., ordering supplies, water, etc.)
- Event planning for team events
- Maintain administrative tasks such as filing and processing of legal and HR related documentation well as medical insurance
- Assist in recruiting incl. onboarding and off-boarding process
- Track simple HR metrics such as employee absences, sick leave, etc.
- Support regional office on HR related topics
- Perform ad-hoc administrative support functions / office management tasks
Qualification
Qualification
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or HR support at a top tier corporate / start-up
- You are knowledgeable of local legal HR requirements
- You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You can build working relationships with various levels of an organization and establish rapport
- You are friendly and approachable
- You are hands on, proactive, outgoing and can work independently
- You are eager to work in a highly dynamic and international environment, always strive for excellence
and are a true team player
- You are fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both oral and written
