Primary Responsibility
• Develop and oversee all functions of Human Resources Division: recruitment, training and development, wages and benefits, grievances, sucession planning, compliance and employee relations• Ensure HR practices are managed according to local legislation, policies and procedures and generally accepted principles• Prepare detailed reports as required• Analyse HR reports to ensure performance and profitability are in line with business goals• Develop and oversee HR budgets• Good knowledge of HR and GA functions and labor law• To maintain performance appraisal, training, and development for all employees• Direct reporting to management about all HR and GA Management and people development• Strong knowledge in HR System, Payroll System and Taxation, Remuneration, General Affair• Strong knowledge and experienced in F and B company

• Preferably age max. 32 – 40 years old• Minimum Bachelor Degree – Law, Management, Psychology• Experience as Human Resources Manager more than 3 years• Organizational and managerial skills• Problem solving and strong analytical thinking• F &B experience required
