Primary Responsibility
Handle employees’ attendance information
Experience social security ( BPJS ) and Employee Tax PPH 21
Collaborate as a team player with co-workers and with other employees
Maintain positive employee relations, motivate other employees and manage conflicts
Work in fast paced and professional environment
Reporting Jurnal of Salary and others allowances
Reporting for monthly BPJS (JHT, JKK, JKM) and employee tax pph 21
Handling Performance Appraisal for all of employee
Handling Promotion, Rotation, Demotion, termination
Qualification
Qualification
Male, Female max 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree HR Management / Law or Equivalent
Required language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Indonesia
At least two years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably supervisor / coordinators spezializing in Human Resources or Equivalent
Computer Literate ( Ms. Office, power point, Ms. Excel )
Have experience in handling BPJS, and Personal Income Tax ( PPH 21 )
Have good communication, negotiation, problem solving skills
Understand about Labour rules ( UU Ketenagakerjaan RI )
Able to work in a team as well as individually
Able to work on multiple tasks and under pressure
Hardworking person, energetic, discipline, honest and responsible
Great analytical thinking, creative, detail oriented and well organized
Willing to work overtime when required
Will be placed in Medan, North Sumatera
