Primary Responsibility
Handle employee attendance information
Expereince social security (BPJS) and employee Income Tax PPH 21
Collaborate as a team player with co-workers and with other employees
Maintain positive employee relations, motivate other employess and manage conflicts
Work in fast paced and professional environment
Reporting Jurnal of Salary and other allowances
Reporting for monthly BPJS (JHT, JKK, JKM) nad employee tax pph 21
Handling Performance Appraisal for all of employee
Handling Promotion, Rotation, Dmeotation, termination
Qualification
Qualification
Maximum 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachlor's Degree HRS Management/Law or equivalent
Required language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Indonesia
At least two years of working expereince in the related field is required for this position
Preferably supervisor/coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
Computer Literate (MS, OFFice, Power Point, Ms. Excel)
Have good communication, negotiation, problem solving skills
Understand about labour rules (UU Ketenagakerjaan RI)
ABble to work in a team as well as individually
Able to work on mmultiple tasks and under pressure
Hardworking person, energetic, discipline, honest and responsible
Willing to work overtime when required
Will be placed in medan, North Sumatera
