Primary Responsibility
• As a HRBP, the candidate must:o Had a role as HR consultant to employees and management at sales officeo Make a good relationship with employees and management at sales officeo Had a role as industrial relation consultant about termination, warning letter, etc.o Implement human resources policies, programs and practices inclusive of planning, organization development, implementation, coordination, investigation, conflict resolution, learning & development, and talent acquisitions in accordance with established guidelines, business needs and administrative practices• Make and implement man power planning, recruitment strategic, and fulfillment reporting to Head of HR• Doing recruitment process• Making recruitment plan to subordinate based on KPI and fulfillment target

• S-1 Graduate from Psychology, Human Resource Management, or relevant discipline• 5 years experiences in recruitment and 2 years as Recruitment Manager• Deep high level knowledge in area of Insurance, recruitment process & strategic, and UU Tenaga Kerja• Excellent of Psychological test & assessment tools, and Behavioral Event Interview• Have a good analytical, logic thinking, customer focus, communication & negotiation skill, leadership, and management control• Possess positive work attitude, proactive, and initiative• Fluent English (both oral and written)
