Primary Responsibility
1. Merencanakan, memberi arahan dan melaksanakan aktivitas manajemen proyek untuk klien.
2. Memonitor progress terhadap jadwal dan anggaran proyek dengan membuat bar chart & critical path serta dan mengalokasikan atau membantu mengalokasikan sumber daya sesuai dengan hasil proyek yang harus diselesaikan
3. Mengelola kendala dari segitiga manajemen proyek (Triangle Trade-Off), yaitu biaya, ruang lingkup, dan kualitas.
4. Membuat dan mengirimkan laporan perkembangan progress pekerjaan proyek (Progress Report) tertulis secara berkala kepada atasan.
5. Melakukan kordinasi dengan atasan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang akan dilakukan.
6. Meng-update semua issue yang terjadi di proyek kepada atasan.
7. Memberikan arahan kepada engineer dalam pelaksanaan proyek sesuai desain teknis yang dibuat oleh Lead Engineer atau pihak lain.
8. Melakukan koordinasi dengan Lead Engineer terkait dalam hal teknis pekerjaan.
9. Mengambil keputusan dengan wewenang yang terbatas dari organisasi.
10. Melaksanakan serah-terima hasil pekerjaan Joint Development yang sudah lolos pemeriksaan & pengetesan.

1. Pria/Wanita 25-50th
2. Pendidikan minimal D3
3. Mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 3 tahun pada posisi yang sama
4. Mengerti dan memahami dunia IT
5. Dapat menjaga kerahasiaan
6. Bertanggung jawab, teliti, pekerja keras, dan siap di site hingga project selesai
