Primary Responsibility
- Conduct and follow up industrial relation issues e.g build and maintain good relation with Labour Union, LKS Bipartit. Socialize the company rules and policies regarding Industrial and Employee Relation- Handle the implementation and application of disciplinary, procedures, policies, implement and maintain a comprehensive IR administration system- Establish systems, policy and procedures for labor relations throughout the Company- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning - Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)- Represents the Company in discussions and meetings with government agencies and Labor Union

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies, Administration or Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent- Required language(s) Bahasa Indonesia, English- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Preferably Manager or Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent- Required skill(s) Employee Relations, Labor And Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Payroll - Required language(s) Bahasa Indonesia, English- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Applicants must be willing to work in Mojokerto, Sidoarjo- Full Time position(s) available
