Primary Responsibility
• Estabilsh, manage, and maintain employee and industrial relations in conducive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws and Regulations, Company Regulation, Policies and Procedures• Plan, develop, and review within the standard operating procedures of Human Resources Management• Responsible in services of personnel administration included payroll, leave, sick, medical expense, meal and transport expense• Responsible for General Affairs (security, building maintenance, transportation, assets, legal document for expatriate• Organize, coordinating and monitoring the process of employee's performance appraisal• Administer and setting process Recruitment, Promotion, Movement (Transferring, Rotation, or Mutation), Termination, Retirement and Rehire

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Psychology, Management, and Law, Minimum GPA is 2.85• At least 4-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Preferably Manager specializing in Human Resources or equivalent• Be able to communicate in English is preferable (oral and written)• Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities• Having both of good interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills• Hard worker, honesty, fast learner, and ability to work in a team and/or independently• Good concept and analytical thinking• Remarkable leadership skills combined with outstanding organization, details and process oriented• Good knowledge about industrial relation, HR, general affair and administration• Full-Time positions available• Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta, Our Sister Company PT.
