Primary Responsibility
you'll take care all HR related task: recruitmen (job ad post, resume screening, schedulling, interview, salary nego), training (analyze, conduct and review), payroll (attendace, salary calculating, overtime), legal document (maintain, submit new/renew, document control, expatriate working permit), industrial relationship (contract review, intra-communication management to employee and vice versa, attending meeting which necessary and government related). You'll also make and conduct HR policy under Director order and supervise.

• Aged between 26 yo to 30 yo• Have a bachelor's degree in Psychology major, or man power management.• Have an experience in HR generalist task minimum 2 years• Have an experience in legal regulation will be an advantage• Have a good personal, strong motivation and good Initiative.• A Quick learner, a good negotiator and a good interviewer.• Ready to work with tension and paced• Able to join ASAP and placed at Tangerang.
