Primary Responsibility
Responsibility for all enquiry include handling complaint from customer through Telephone, BBM, Email or Chat
Make Reservation for Hotel, Train and Airllines
Do simple administration
Qualification
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field
At least 1 year of working experience in Call Centre
Good communication
Customer Service oriented
Can operate Abacus and Altea reservation system will be more advantage
Applicants must be willing to work in shifting and/or Holiday and/or Weekend
