Primary Responsibility
• Execute sales strategy to achieve grow revenues from companies/institutions (B2B Market)• Retain, expand and grow account revenue of existing accounts through total account penetration, margin management and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives• Maintain current business relationships for new business within accounts• Identify and aggressively solicit new accounts• Gain understanding of the target customer and service expectations; serve the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solutions both prior to, and during the program/event• Ensure an outstanding service delivery is maintained at every customer touch point, issues are resolved timely and to the customers’ 100% satisfaction• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, industry organizations and brand network to enable future bookings Activities include sales calls, personal selling, presentation sales, exhibitions, trade shows, etc• Act as the customer’s advocate through understanding account needs and opportunities• Develop a close working relationship with operations to ensure execution and implementations• Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (eg, generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence)• Conduct and coordinate site inspections, as required• Effectively resolve customer’s issues that arise in the sales & execution process• Perform other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs

• Fluent in Indonesian & English (min score TOEFL 500) and have excellent communication skills (business presentation)• Have a minimum 1 year experience in B2B Marketing and Sales in Hotel, Recreational Parks and Retail Industries• Excellent problem-resolution skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment• Flexible in responding to change or business needs• Possess a good analytical thinking, detail oriented, and high energy level• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree from reputable Universities with minimum GPA 2,8• Possess a good computer skill, especially in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point)
