Primary Responsibility
- Provide secretarial support to President Director
- Perform add-hoc duties as asigned from time to time
- Manage multiple calendars and appointments and schedule meetings
- Support or marketing activities
- Handle extensive travel arrangement and itineraries
- Able to create MoM, follow up things on behalf of CEO
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Secretarial or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be good in English in both writing & vocal
- Candidates must posses strong in interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Able to work in dynamic environment with multi layers of level
- Good in Ms Office (word, excel and especially power point) and correspondence
- Willing to work mobie if needed
