Primary Responsibility
• Initiate and develop organizational development needs (Organizational Structure, Job Analysis, Job Description, Man Power Planning, etc)• Analyzing and develop talent management (Talent Management profile, Key Performance Indicator, Competency Based Assessment, etc)• Control & Monitor various database (KPI System, Talent Profile, etc)• Set up and implementing Career Management System• Managing human resource database and providing relevant report to management
Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management, and Industrial Engineer• Have minimum 2 years experience in related field (Reviewing Organizational Structure, Job Evaluation, Key Performance Indicator and Performance Appraisal)• Able to demonstrate up to date knowledge and theory about Organizational Development / Talent• Good in Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving• Have a good communication skill for any level include presentation, good interpersonal skill• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel and Visio)• Willing to be placed in Cikarang
