Primary Responsibility
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent• Proven experience as Payroll – HR – Personnel Admin Officer, at least three years related to the field• Solid understanding of payroll best practices, and conscientious with numbers• Familiar with HRIS software• Good understanding of Labor Law and knowledge in HR operations, benefits matrix and salary survey• Trustworthy on salary confidentiality and meticulous• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
