Primary Responsibility
- Ensure product's pricing.- Monitoring and controlling the efficient of stores operation on daily basis, including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion also customer service.- Evaluate sales performance.- Coach and train new employees.- Monthly report (including promotion plan to ensure stock availability).- Ensure all promotion events based on promotion plan (with Area Sales Manager).- Competitor Intelligence, actively monitor competitor’s performances and activities, including pricing and promotion strategies.- Market visit with distributor and team.- Assist sales in achieving sales targets.

Qualification
- Diploma's degree in any field.- Proven experience in FMCG.- Proven work experience as Team Leader or Area Sales Supervisor, at least 1 year.- Willing to be placed at South Sulawesi (Makassar).- Proficient in English.- Excellent communication and organization skills.- Strong negotiation skills.- Strong knowledge in promotion activity.
