Primary Responsibility
• Build or manage contents, Blog posts, Social media, whitepapers, Banner, eBooks, reports, seminars, infographics, etc• Grow new promotions, validate requirement sales, lead digital marketing and sales promotion requirement including offers and approaches• Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels• Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills• 2 years of experience in a Marketing operations environment• Good communication skills with positive attitude• Hard worker, creative, honest and persistence• Self-confident and able to learn quickly• Maximum 30 years old• Familiar with Marketing activity including digital marketing• Can operate Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, adobe or other graphics software for design• Experienced in designing idea or content• Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and execution focused• Achieve corporate target• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures• Experiences in CRM (not essential) Others: • Salary and Commission• Primary working Location is UTI head Office Jakarta
