Primary Responsibility
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points• Develop and maintain point system• Collaborate with point merchants and other vendor partners• Manage customer status/membership• Design, build, and maintain company digital channel (mobile apps, website, and other related channels)• Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities to drive lead generations or sales

• Bachelor degree in marketing, media or marketing communications, or public relations• Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Relation Management/Marketing Communication/Customer Experience area, with minimum 2 years in managerial level• Ability to think strategically and execute creatively with excellence• Good communication with internal and external parties
