Primary Responsibility
- Handle all recruitment process (psychotest, interview, job ad, etc)
- Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes
- Analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and changes
- Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
- Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date (employee requisition form, form access request, application form, etc)
- Input employee data in HRIS and make recruitment report
Qualification
Qualification
- Experience min. 3 years as Recruiter in Retail or Financial company will be advantage
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Psychology
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
- Good interview and communication skill
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Willing to work mobile and out of town
- Placement in BSD Tangerang
