Primary Responsibility
• Handle all recruitment process (psychotest, interview, job ad, etc)• Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes• Analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and changes• Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them• Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date (employee requisition form, form access request, application form, etc)• Give induction to new HR employees• Input employee data in HRIS and make recruitment report

Qualification
• Experience min. 3 years as Recruiter in retail company will be advantage• Min. Bachelor Degree in any subject from reputable university• Computer literate (Ms. Office)• Good interview and communication skill• Fluent in English, both oral and written• Willing to work mobile and out of town• Placement in BSD Tangerang
