Primary Responsibility
- Doing jobdesc related to administration activities of HR and GA- Control and monitoring employee attendance- Arrange Flight for business trip- Controlling stock of office equipment- Coordinating and managing the tasks of General Services (driver, OB, and Building Management)- Have Accounting skills (such calculating, maintaining payment and maintaining record)- Filling document- Sometimes backup receptionist- Maintain document overtime, leave request and Sick permission

- Diligent, hard worker, details, and good personality- Have good communication skill in English both verbal and written- Having ability in Multitasking job- Excellent in Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, any field- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Able to work underpressure as a team and individual
