Primary Responsibility
Resolve customer cases related to flight ticketing, including but not limited to rescheduling, correction, changes, check-in Problems.
Issues Ticket to customers via booking system.
Escalate supports cases as per company’s criteria.
Manage airline health and CAPTCHA viewer.
Achieve daily performance target
Ensure all cases are solved within required time frame following company’s SOPs.
Escalate any issues or product improvement suggestions to related the stockholders.
Qualification
Qualification
Age maximum 37Years.
Minimum 4 years experience in ticketing ar Tour & Travel Agency/Company.
Experience with Abacus, Altea, Galileo, GDS, Amadeus, Sabre sonic ticketing system.
Certified for abacus, Galileo, and/or Amadeus system by either IATA, Airlines or GDS strong plus.
Experienced working to performance target.
A strong understanding of customers service principles.
Focussed attitude for solving customers issues quickly and comprehensive.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Minimum of bachelor degree majoring in Travel & Tourism from reputable Academic/University.
Self-starter, independent and proactive
