• Manage & supervise account executive team and continually assess the service level and able to do adjustment when necessary
• Able to develop motivation for the Account Executive with leadership skills, also to effectively measuring performance of Account Executives
• Manage & supervise budgeting & spends
• Able to supervise every sides of project incl. KPI & Goals that need to be achieved
• Able to be a good consultant in terms of strategical thinking that is based on client & target market perspective
• Able to manage needs of projects with Account Executive within effective timeline & resource.
• Establish good relationship with clients
• Be able to be the representative of client & establish a good working relationship internally
• Maintain strong working relationship with agency partners or any third-party vendors
