Primary Responsibility
- Record and Register the customer request for service to workshop (regular or irregular)- Ask workshop to create the estimation, create SPK and send SPK to workshop- Support & Assist superior duties & responsibility to achieve department target- Coordinate with body repair workshop, survey with insurance and fill the "BAK" (Berita Acara Kejadian)- Reserved replacement car from Fleet Management Services (Third Party), create invoice of own risk, follow up to customer about total risk and maintain payment own risk by customer- Prepare payment to third party such as fleet managemnet services, insurance company, Government (STNK, KEUR, perational permit, loading permit, etc)- Provide car to customer (replacement), record all the movement of AAF car (replacement for waiting new car,replacement claim, etc )- Prepared all invoice that will charge to lessee (prorate lease rent, delivery cost, own risk, etc)

- Minimum Education Diploma Degree- Appropriate experience in their field for at least 1 year
