Aged 28 – 35
At least 3 years of demonstrated success in the areas of general operations and medium-level management
Bi-lingual in English and Indonesian – with excellent oral and written skills
Ability to identify, priorities, focus on critical tasks
Driven, has a high sense of leadership and results-oriented
Have demonstrated leadership experience and ability to hire and develop key employees
At least 1 year experience in the digital industry
