Primary Responsibility
• Data management and filing• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation• Handling incoming and outgoing calls and correspondences as well as correspondences through letters, email and faxes• Maintaining event calendars• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority• Oganising and maintaining diaries and making appointments• producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations• organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings• liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff• And any other task assigned
Qualification
Qualification
• Minimum D3 Secretary from reputable school• Have 2-3 years experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary• Excellent organisational and time management skills• Good written and spoken communication skills• Accuracy and attention to detail, calm, professional manner• Excellent computer and administration skills• Flexible and adaptable approach to work• The ability to use your own initiative
