Primary Responsibility
- Establish a proposal/ presentation for customer. You need to gather information related to customer briefs and coordinating with all related positions to compile information that you need and then use your creative idea to establish a proposal/ presentation according to customer briefs.- Provide a creative content concept for company channels (quiz, sponsor, event, etc). Sucesfully demonstrated solution design with multiple teams and stakeholders- As the Customer Solution Officer this role is responsible to support sales division in order to improve company sales. Help customer to understand and analyze their problem, working with a solutions architect to define the optimal solution, managing the solution through development and implementation, and engage all the business operation process including Sales, Marketing and support. The Customer Solution Officer will help ensure that engagements run consistently, smoothly, and focus on accelerating business value to our customers

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Communication/ Advertising/Media are preferred.- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in broadcast or production house- Able to work fast and under pressure. Also good in communication and presentation skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to participate in customer workshops, and to translate the project requirements to internal teams. Also strong in analytical thinking, creativity and critical thinking- Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support), business applications and automation.- Fresh Graduate are welcome
