Primary Responsibility
• Manages day-to-day operations, ensures the quality, standards and meets the expectation of the customers on a daily basis • Improves service by communicating and assisting staff to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback and individual coaching when needed• Handles guests' issues and complaints• Prepares schedules for all employees according to the forecast and within the limits of the manning guide to ensure adequate manpower at all times• Ensures compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up and hands on management• Provides guidance and direction to subordinates including setting performance standards

• Candidate must have at least 5 years of working experience in the related field• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently• Self-motivated and self-confident in all aspects of guest relations• Courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service• Must have the ability to prioritize and delegate work whilst also providing training and support to colleagues and team members• Must be standards driven and detail-orientated• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Flexible with regards to hours Required languages: English and Bahasa• Candidate must be willing to relocate and work in Lampung, Sumatera
