Primary Responsibility
• The General Manager is responsible to oversee all management responsibility for hotel operations including profitability, guest services, quality and maintenance of the property, revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and employee satisfaction, staff development and retention• Lead, direct and manage all hotel operations including, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, leading service initiatives, implementing and complying with all company policies and standards, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, leading and developing the executive team, responding to guests inquiries and resolving concerns• Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurements Identify operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct those deficiencies• To help drive financial goals Play pivotal role in hotel sales efforts

• Holds bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major• Candidate must have at least 10 years of working experience in the related field• Well developed Communication and Negotiation Skills• Strong follow-up/project management and organizational skills• Thorough understanding of selling techniques and marketing concepts Effective counseling, grievance handling, interviewing skills• Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office• Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements• Fluent English – written and spoken Fluent Mandarin – Written and Spoken (preferable)• Candidate must be willing to relocate and work in Lampung, Sumatera
