Primary Responsibility
Front Office:
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
- Answer external party general quarries
Office Management
- Assist in maintain the availability of office supplies and consumables
- Assist in liaise with building management or other parties, regarding minor repairs, requests for permits, and other requirements
- Make office parking reservation and building overtime reservations
Personnel Administration
- Assist in the recruitment process, job interview appointment & candidate testing preparation
- Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities and data
- Assist in issuance of HR letter, confirmation letter, employment letter, etc
Secretarial
- Mail, fax, or arrange for delivery of correspondence (mailing courier)
- Schedule and make appointments and monitor meeting facilities
Travel Arrangement
- Answer inquiries and make booking regarding information and reservations such as travel flight, accommodations, local transportation
- Filling
- Letter in and letter out
- Manulife letter / individual card received
- Purchase Order
- Travel checked list
Qualification
Qualification
- Minimum Diploma Degree
- Willing to work based on contract (3 MONTH CONTRACT - Maternity Replacement)
- Good appearance, humble and punctual
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with travel arrangement
