Primary Responsibility
Install and configuring operating systems and applications
Assist Government Relations team to set up systems or resolve issues, troubleshooting system, diagnosing, and solving error issue
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Follow scrum flow and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
Support the roll-out of new product
Setting up new user management and profiles and dealing with big data
Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
Monitor, test, and evaluate network

Qualification
Willing to work in Jakarta
Diploma/Bachelor degree from information technology background, with 0-2 years of experience as IT Support
Possess good understanding in database fundamentals (Mysql)
Excel in analytics the issue
Extensive knowledge and experience in quality control
Experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman, etc.
Highly attention to detail and able to think in logical and systematic way
A good team player with good communication skills (verbal and written) to convey bugs and messages to other developers
Able to work under pressure and juggle with multiple priorities
