Primary Responsibility
Handle HR daily activities: manage company’s culture and make sure it is internalized to every employee, make sure the company regulation and all HR/GA standard operations procedure going well
Handle operational function of HR: recruitment, employee & industrial relations, payroll, and GA
Work closely to significant administration documents

Qualification
S1 Bachelor degree on any major (Psychology is preferable)
Experienced in recruitment processing
Bachelor degree from reputable university with 2 years of experience in human resource
Experienced as HR Generalist, preferred supervisor level
Strong experience in recruitment system & process
Have a knowledge about Indonesia Labor Law – Act 13 of 2003
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to organize and manage multiple priorities, comfortable in ambiguity and fine with failure and rapid iteration
Strong interpersonal skill and willing to provide assistance to junior staffs
Possess high integrity and able to maintain strict confidentiality
Domiciled in Yogyakarta
