Primary Responsibility
Develop the project execution plan and strategy for the project
Effectively lead the project team for completion of projects within schedule and in budget
Responsible for monitoring the work progress and schedule and make necessary adjustments to meet the required result
Responsible for managing a project work package within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements and functionality to meet customer satisfaction
Provide leadership and direction for the duration of Project cycle
Co-ordinate work with other team members
Ensure all work package requirements are properly documented according to the relevant parts of the (sub) contract documents
Report progress and forecast final targets
Provide necessary documentation to all obstacles and delays, and recommend corrective measures
Ensure that company Operating Procedures and Project Specific procedures are understood and adhered to by concerned
Review and monitoring of progress reports and productivity
Manage project changes and variations control
Full accountability of the project results
Develop close out reports projects with lessons learnt and share it with project team
Qualification
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree from any major. Strongly preferred with a minimum of three years of experience as project manager in Event Organizer environment. The right combination of education and/or relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirements
Works exceptionally well with high-level business, government, philanthropic, non-profit executive leaders
In-depth knowledge of project management and business planning best practices
Experience working with projects of different scales and various levels of complexity
Comfortable working with projects of high complexity and/or ambiguity
Excellent critical thinking, analytical skills and judgment required
Demonstrated ability to work and function with confidential information and data
Self-starter and detail oriented
Ability to work with ambiguity and under tight schedules
Multi-tasking, initiative, ability to work independently and set priorities a must
Good team player, energetic and positive attitude required

Around the clock commitment
Advanced understanding and experience in a variety of computer applications, including use of the Internet and MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven comfort level with learning new software applications and systems as necessary. Will be expected to learn and become expert with Ruangguru systems
