Primary Responsibility
Lead and supervise marketing communication team consists of designers, online marketing, public relations, social media, etc
Facilitate interdepartmental communications and manage external communications
Allocate company resources to maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance of consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing and public relations channels
Stay up to date on communication and marketing industry trends
Develop and refine marketing goals, promotional activities, and branding in consultation with marketing staff and management
Qualification
Qualification
Hold Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or Journalism with 3-5 years of experience in similar position
Possess extensive working knowledge advertising, marketing, public relations, or combination of these fields
Possess strong management skill, experience as team lead will be a plus
Have an excellent mentoring skill will be a plus
High level of project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a hustler mentality: pick up failures of experiments and iterate rapidly to achieve success in project goals despite challenges
