Primary Responsibility
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries
Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operations
Provide secretarial, clerical, and administrative support in effective and efficient manner

Qualification
Bachelors Degree with proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Proficient in English is a must
Solid written and verbal communication skill
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
Professional in manner and demeanor
