Primary Responsibility
Responsible for handling general affairs and office management, e.g. photocopy machine, printer, telephone, water, AC, pantry - Interface with internal employees regarding general affaris and administrative support functions
Procurement and/or inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies
Record keeping of office assets
Coordinate travel arrangements
Updating employee attendance (absence, leave)
Qualification
Qualification
Bachelors Degree from any major with min. 1 year of experience as General Affairs
Good interpersonal & communication skill
Very good command of MS Office applications
Able to work under pressure, juggle between multiple priorities, and meeting tight deadlines
Creative and innovative in problem solving, possess hustler mentality
