Primary Responsibility
• Drive new business sales with corporate accounts and achieve annual sales targets• Focus on key commercial growth segments currently identified• Develop the sales strategy to identify, prioritize and target the high potential accounts within target segmen• Analyze financial data on a regular basis, with the ability to determine and evaluate the need for change to drive financial gains• Establish and build strong working relationships with key people at assigned customers to ensure the successful sale and development of products to those customers• Continuously do market survey and increase customer• Keep our supplier satisfied by delivering sales target and providing market information
Qualification
Qualification
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent• Has experience min 3 years in release coatings job or experience in coatings industry or distribution• Strong orientation to new business development• Good in leadership, outstanding negotiating and conflict management capabilities• Excellent organizational and communication skills • Fluent in spoken and written in English• Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in Chemistry or equivalent
