Primary Responsibility
• Monitoring the profitability of Import Containers• Managing Closing of Job Files every month• Ensuring vendors invoices are correct per agreements• Ensuring compliance of local customs regulations• Attending to escalated issues from customers• Assisting overseas agents for special arrangements and rates• Ensuring data is input correctly into in-house system by the Import Staff• Compiling customer invoices daily for handover to the Accounting/Tax Department• Compiling customer invoices, e-Faktur Pajak, Bills of Ladings, and other related documents are sent to customers timely• Ensuring shipments are released only after customer payments
Qualification
Qualification
• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent• Experience in auditing profit and loss is a plus• At least 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Required skill : Microsoft Office • Required language : Proficient English skills, both verbal and written• Full Time Position
