Primary Responsibility
- Establish and maintains a communication links within departments include regional team and assist in providing technical expertise relating to facility request, equipment justification, layout, vehicles planning, manpower needs to improve service performance and productivity.- Develop innovative concept of service engineering and initiates, participates and implements studies which convert the concept to saving in order to ensure overall service improvement.- Business process improvement for all operations.- System application enhancement.- Deliver in-house automation solutions by using programming sklills.- Negotiate and agree on reporting and KPI definition changes, and communicate for impact.- Communicate for impact.- Monitoring and analysis performance.- Service focus.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation, Operational Managementor equivalent.- Experience of managing project related to process improvement.- The ability to analyze and present information clearly and experience of formulating project proposals- Demonstrable ability to organize and prioritize workload- Demonstrable ability to communicate at a high level, both verbally and in writing- Demonstrable ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative- Presentation and public speaking skills- Basic budgetary skills and able to work within limited resources.- Required skill(s): microsoft access, microsoft word, Microsoft Excel.- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Applicants must be willing to work in Ex. Goro, Kelapa Gading.- Full-Time position(s) available.
