Primary Responsibility
- Communicate regularly with the people a company does business with. Speak clearly and professionally on the phone, in person or through email.- Provide resolution of customer issues and complaints. Identify the issues as quickly as possible, offering an appropriate resolution that satisfies the customer and is in compliance with company regulations. When issues are determined to be of a serious nature, you must collect all relevant information and relay it to the appropriate manager. All the while, you must actively work to calm the customer, treating with a friendly and respectful demeanor.- Able to escalate things to appropriate senior engineers.- Awareness of the support team load.- Responsible in collecting all relevant customer data included contact information, billing information, as well as detailed notes regarding the customer’s purchase history.

- Male/Female- Min Diploma in Information and Multimedia Technology (Teknik Informatika/Teknik Komputer/ Sistem Informasi)- Age Max 30 years- Excellent in English- Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal relationship- Experience in Customer Service or equivalent- Have knowledge in IT would be an advantage- Good in teamwork- Willing to work on shift
