Primary Responsibility
- Identify future or new talents and proactively recruiting and sourcing, develop talent pool or social engaments
- Scout for potential candidate
- Explore partnership with talent sourcing or management agencies
- Search social media channels for potential talents
- Screening university campuses, schools and other related area to Information Technology to gather potential talents
- Search, Interview and screen potential talents into shorlisted talents
- Plan and participate in on-site hiring events (campuss hiring, roadshow, etc)
- Participate in employment events such as career fairs and college recruiting programs

- Candidate must fully understand and acknowledge every sentece in the above job resposibilities
- Minimum 2 years experience in the related filed
- Have a lot connection with IT industries, community, and social media
- IT educational background is preferable
