Primary Responsibility
• Complete all the procedure recruitment such as reviewing man requisition, job posting, sorting candidate, interview• Perform any task related with recruitment, example; monitoring vacant position and identifying• Prepare all recruitment administration, such as application form, psychological test, interview, etc• Inform new employee regarding company regulation, benefit, salary payment, employees right and obligation, performance review• Prepare monthly report related to recruitment• Doing exit interview• Assessment for the promotion

• Preferable Woman Minimum 22 Years Old• Applicants should be minimum Bachelor Psychology• Has an experience in related position min 1 year/ fresh graduate are welcome• Understand psychological tools and able to conduct psychological test• Good at administration
