Primary Responsibility
Responsible for the day-to-day support of a particular customer's account with the company, to serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company.
Responsible to provide customer support, technical support, planning and optimization for the account, as well as maintaining a strong, long-lasting relationship with the customer.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company's solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with marketing team to ensure growth attainment.
Responsible to assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
Monitoring competitor activity.
Maintaining and updating customer databases.
Qualification
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, networking, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
