Primary Responsibility
1. Sourcing new supplier and maintain existing supplier 2. Managing Indirect Procurement : Professional Service, Marketing Communications, and IT 3. Undertake market analysis to understand the size, trends, supplier base, market share to inform category / commodity management planning 4. Develop detailed understanding of the clinical practices which drive product usage or influence the market 5. Manage task forces and product or coordinate the management of mini competitions, group buys and supplier offers 6. Manage data in a methodical and systematic manner 7. Construct product and service specifications for tender 8. Be an active member of the Procurement team, supporting teamwork and joint learning and development initiative 9. Contribute to formulation, review and implementation of policies and procedures 10. Participate in projects and initiatives as appropriate 11. Develop detailed product and market knowledge for a specific sub category or market area 12. Work with marketing and sales to construct the communications plan to effect change

1. Male / Female2. Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering3. Good Communication Skill in English (writing and speaking)4. High Initiative person, team player, reliable, strong analytical skill, leadership skill, logical and fast learner5. Experience working with Multinational Company6. Experience to handle OM&S and logistic (import, export and domestic transportation)
