Primary Responsibility
• Generate a superior sales and achieves sales objective of company business in repair industry of rotating equipment in the South East Asian region.• Provide marketing and sales strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing high customer-service standards and resolving problems to generate sales• Maintains and expands customer base; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities in the rotating equipment industry in the region.• To finalize quotations, proposals and sales agreement under coordination with BOD.• Review monthly billing worksheets and reports periodically ( Sales activities and Order Received Report ).• Reports on general and specific regional market conditions and development on regular basis.• Maintain communication and team work with other departments• Ensure compliance with applicable Company Rules and Regulation, Code of• Conduct, QESH policies, standards and other applicable standards and guidelines

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.• At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.• Full-Time position(s) available.• Fluent in English is advantage• Strong motivation and able to work independently as well as in teams• Possess the skills and regional knowledge required to be able to identify suitable areas for regional growth within APEC and to source and develop local regionalbusiness partners• Understand and familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 Requirements
