Primary Responsibility
Job Descriptions:
• Greet clients, visitors and guests as they enter into office
• Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person
• Provide information regarding products orservices of the company
• Answer inquiries regarding services and availability of the personnel
• Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments
• Provide information to callers over the telephone
• Respond to emails and office correspondence
• Perform basicbookkeeping and record keeping duties
• Monitor, stock and restock office supplies
• Keep work area clean and tidy on a constant basis
• Sort and distribute incoming mail

Job Requirements:
Able to speak and writing in English
Good interpersonal skills
Age maximal 28 years old
D3/S1 from reputable university
Good communication skills
A friendly and helpful manner
