Our Head Office in Jalan Kemang Utara A No. 2 Kemang, South Jakarta . Our vision is " Plus & Different " ( More and different) mean Indonesia Lima always provide added value to the customer and always have a strategy that is unique and different for each client so that our clients will " stand up " among their competitors. Our commitment to deliver the best to our clients has been appreciated by several media such as: The Best Below The Line in Indonesia at 2003 & 2004, receiving the Cakram Award. Given credit by SWA & MIX magazine as The Best Below The Line and Brand Activation Agency at 2007 & 2010 and received The Most Promising Enterpreneurship Award at Asia Pasific Entrepreneurship Award (APEA) 2013. Primary Responsibility
looking for a new vendor and maintain existing vendor
Focusing , sharing and breakdown briefing from the client and coordinating with team
Make a monthly / yearly program plan ( timeline) & doing implementation for achievement goal/KPI
must have the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate active listening and exhibit organizational skills
Create and manage inventory plans and databank of supplier/vendor for various marketing and event activities
Independently develop and execute procurement strategy and procurement process
Properly manage and maintain supplier executive level relationship
Work with project team to properly manage and fulfill project procurement requirements and meet on-time delivery requirements.
Properly identify and manage risks in advance
Qualification
Qualification
1. Candidate must possess at least, Bachelor's Degree and above , any field, graduate from Good University
2. At least 4 year(s) of working experience procurement or project management Experience
3. Full-Time and Contract position available
4. Experienced with Event activity, MICE and Activation activity
5. Experienced in dealing with vendor or supplier
6. Fluent English is preferred
7. Skill : Communications Skill both written and verbal, Budget Management, Negotiation Skill, Strategic Marketing Skill ,
8. Minimum age 25, maximum age 38
