Primary Responsibility
- Responsible for all spectrum oh HR (including recruitment, compensation and benefit, appraisal, staffing, industrial relation) and General Affairs (administration office management, property company)- Handle and manage all of HR fuction, Recruitment, HR administration, Organizational structure, employment agreement, compensation benefit, employee relation, HR policies, SOP, company regulation and general affairs matter- Coordinating and maintain BPJS and the other about payroll component and calculating all component (attendance, leave etc)- Manage end to end recruitment and selection process including final interviews, salary offfering, negotiations, onboarding and monitoring probation process

- Candidate must possess at leasr a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management SDM or equivalent- Required skill(s), recruitment, psychological profiling, presentation- At least 5 years (s) of working experience in the related field is reruired for this position- Preferably Manager specializing in Human Resources or equivalent- Knowledgeable on BPJS and administration- Fast leasrner and independent- Having good interpersonal and team work skill- Familian with HR policies and procedures- Analytical and organizational skill, strong managerial and leadership skill- Strong communication and negotiation skills
